For customs information please see useful information for your destination. All goods shipped on Bronze, Silver and Gold services exclude local handling, duties and taxes in arrival country. All goods going to the USA will require a US3299 form. Australia will require an AQIS Form. forms can be down loaded from Useful Info.

Luggage Collection service
Excess luggage offers free collection of unaccompanied baggage, personal effects within greater London M25.
Free luggage collection within London M25
(Silver and Gold Services). A small deposit of £25.00 is taken on all Bookings. The deposit is no-refundable in event of cancellation.
Excess luggage charge a small nominal fee for collection of excess baggage from the following postcodes Monday to Friday:- maximum weight per item 30 kilo’s. Due to Health & safety.
All collections outside of the M25 Greater London will be subject to a collection fee of £17.50 per 30 Kilo Item.
Saturday and Sunday collections are available on request subject to fees minimum fee £35.00.
What time will the boxes be collected in London M25 ?
Excess luggage can normally advise a 1 hour collection window at the time of booking and is subject to driving conditions and delays. The vans start collecting from 09:00 to 17:00. Monday to Friday.
Weekends and out of Hours collections available subject to a collection fee.
Failed Collection
If the van calls and is unable to make a collection a card will be left to advise that we have called. You will then need to contact us to re-arrange the collection; an additional charge will be made for any failed collections the fee will be £25.00, plus the collection fee of that postcode.
Cancelled upon arrival
The customer will be charged £25.00 (C.O.A) Cancelled upon arrival Fee plus the collection fee of that postcode. Should the customer not cancel the Booking 24 Hours prior to collection date?
Over Size Items
We will accept items larger than the boxes we provide such as computer monitors, bicycles, golf clubs, snowboards and other sports equipment. We prefer to ship such items in their original packaging or bags/boxes designed for transport though advice regarding packaging will be given on request.
To quote a price we need the weight and dimensions (length x width x height) of the packed item, without this information we are unable to provide a price.
Bicycles boxes can usually be obtained from Halfords Stores or your local bike shop at no cost.
Furniture We will accept some flat packed furniture but not large items of furniture or domestic appliances. We need the weight and dimensions (length x width x height) of the packed item to provide a price.
Over weight Items Finally, if you live in a block of flats where there are no lift facilities, we kindly ask you to bring your Excess Luggage / Boxes, Cartons to the ground floor once our driver has announced his arrival.
Please note, keep your baggage to a maximum weight of 30 kilos per item due to Health and Safety regulations. For Luggage / Baggage over 6 items or domestic appliances and furniture, a secondary man rate will apply at £25.00. We request that if you live in a restricted parking area's to provide us with a parking permit. All parking fines will be passed on to the Customer. Excess Luggage / Boxes, Cartons over 30 Kilo Limit are subject to heavy weight charge of £25.00 per item
Booking Deosit
On booking your shipment we require a deposit from you to secure your booking. The deposit amount is determined on the size of your consignment with the minimum amount reqired being £25
The outstanding balance is determined either on the collection day or shortly afterwards.Full payment for this amount is required from you before your goods can be dispatched
Arrival Fee Charges
Please note that no local arrival charges are included on our Bronze Silver Services for Air or Sea service to Arrival seaport or airport .These may include local fees for agents ,airline,shipping line,storage,customs clearance ,customs inspections charges or any other local charges levied upon arrival including duties or taxes in the arrival country
Door to Port(Air,sea,road) Shipments exclude: all charges from arrival of the shipment at the destination Port
Gold Door to Door Shipments exclude: Delivery above ground floor at destination ,duty or taxes ,examinations or inspection fees ,Quarantine or Agricultural clearance charges,x-ray fees,unpacking,removal of crates/boxes and storage
