Door to Door shipments are subject to customs authorities of arrival country if going on a door to door basis. We are about 2.5 Miles from Heathrow Terminal 5 and 2 Miles from Central Terminals 1, 2, 3,4 Heathrow airport. The nearest underground station to us is Osterley station on the Piccadilly lane, about 5 stops from Heathrow Central. Turn Right out of the stations walk over the bridge about 9 minutes; you will see a BP petrol Station on the Left and shops on the right. We are located at the shops. It will take approximately 15 Minutes to weight and process your baggage at our facility. Failed Collection
If the van calls and is unable to make a collection a card will be left to advise that we have called. You will then need to contact us to re-arrange the collection; an additional charge will be made for any failed collections the fee will be £25.00, plus the collection fee of that postcode.

Cancelled upon arrival
The customer will be charged £25.00 (C.O.A) Cancelled upon arrival Fee plus the collection fee of that postcode. Should the customer not cancel the Booking 24 Hours prior to collection date?

Over Size Items
We will accept items larger than the boxes we provide such as computer monitors, bicycles, golf clubs, snowboards and other sports equipment. We prefer to ship such items in their original packaging or bags/boxes designed for transport though advice regarding packaging will be given on request.

To quote a price we need the weight and dimensions (length x width x height) of the packed item, without this information we are unable to provide a price.

Bicycles boxes can usually be obtained from Halfords Stores or your local bike shop at no cost.

Furniture
we will accept some flat packed furniture but not large items of furniture or domestic appliances. We need the weight and dimensions (length x width x height) of the packed item to provide a price.

Over weight Items
Finally, if you live in a block of flats where there are no lift facilities, we kindly ask you to bring your Excess Luggage / Boxes, Cartons to the ground floor once our driver has announced his arrival.

Please note, keep your baggage to a maximum weight of 30 kilos per item due to Health and Safety regulations. For Luggage / Baggage over 6 items or domestic appliances and furniture, a secondary man rate will apply at £25.00. We request that if you live in a restricted parking area's to provide us with a parking permit. All parking fines will be passed on to the Customer. Excess Luggage / Boxes, Cartons over 30 Kilo Limit are subject to heavy weight charge of £25.00 per item
